| SANDING We sand and refinish all wood floors and stair treads from new wood to 150 year old orange shellac and wax. INSTALLATION We install all brands of laminate, stair treads, all species of wood and many exotics, nailed, glues, floated applications, finished, unfinished, solid and engineered. INSPECTION We inspect installation, sand and finish, maintenance (identifying problems, causes, and cures). We give a report in writing remaining neutral. PROJECT DETAILING This is different from our job estimate. This estimate includes all information needed to complete your project yourself or use your own flooring contractor; such as material needed, sub-floor moisture, transitions, and quarter round, etc. MOLDING We custom stain and finish stair treads, transitions, floor vents, and quarter rounds to match your stain or paint as close as possible. MAID SERVICE We have an in house maid service as an option after work is completed. For home organization or spring cleaning our maid service can be used alone without other services. f |
