| DUSTLESS SANDING We sand and refinish all wood floors and stair treads from new wood to 150 year old orange shellac and wax. INSTALLATION We install all brands of laminate, stair treads, all species of wood and many exotics, nailed, glues, floated applications, finished, unfinished, solid and engineered. INSPECTION We inspect installation, sand and finish, maintenance (identifying problems, causes, and cures). We give a report in writing remaining neutral. PROJECT DETAILING This is different from our job estimate. This estimate includes all information needed to complete your project yourself or use your own flooring contractor; such as material needed, sub-floor moisture, transitions, and quarter round, etc. MOLDING We custom stain and finish stair treads, transitions, floor vents, and quarter rounds to match your stain or paint as close as possible. MAID SERVICE We have an in house maid service as an option after work is completed. For home organization or spring cleaning our maid service can be used alone without other services. |
I have a reputation for quality work my labor can not be beat !! The
material I install is the best available to the flooring market. Over the
last two years I have been asked to install material from close out
stores
and discount outlets, I have done this for allot of our customers some
wood and laminate has looked OK some has not. This last week I have
turned down some work do to the quality of the laminate they wanted
to install the laminate would chip just by your finger nail on the conner
of the board.I need WORK very bad now as do every floor man I
know.I can not in good conscious install a floor like this,it looks bad on
us when the neighbors come to see there new floor or even if they are
selling the house it reflects on us!! My reputation means more to me
than saving around $ 116.00 on a 289 square foot room that is 17 by 17
a large room,NOT THAT MUCH MORE MONEY for a floor that will last
years instead of months. As of 8/25/10 I will not install low quality value
grade wood or laminate.As I said I need the money as much as other
flooring company's do, but my reputation for quality has kept us in
business this long I will not fall short now.
