Professional Installed Wood Floors

We have a reputation for quality that cannot be beat! We are a small company in business since 1986 in the Atlanta area. We specialize in restoration work (traditional oil and wax finishes). Today’s market we are finding ourselves cleaning, and renovating existing wood more than replacing or re-finishing them. We sell and install Bruce and Armstrong hardwood floors.

Everyone seems to post the things they do so here are some things we don’t do

#2) we don’t put any pressure on you to use us

#3)we don’t install utility grade flooring that is sold in discount and close out stores that is offered at an exceptionally low price point as these products are sold "as is"; these products are manufactured to offer a serviceable floor. These types of floors you must expect: board lengths from 10” to 48”, predominately between 10” and 20”. With this grade you will find knots, some cracks, long mineral streaks, checking, missing tongue and similar defects are acceptable. It’s our reputation that’s on the line!

DUSTLESS SANDING
We sand and refinish all wood floors and stair treads from new wood to 150 year old
orange shellac and wax.

INSTALLATION
We install all brands of laminate, stair treads, all species of wood and many exotics,
nailed, glues, floated applications, finished, unfinished, solid and engineered.

INSPECTION
We inspect installation, sand and finish, maintenance (identifying problems, causes,
and cures). We give a report in writing remaining neutral.

PROJECT DETAILING
This is different from our job estimate. This estimate includes all information needed to
complete your project yourself or use your own flooring contractor; such as material
needed, sub-floor moisture, transitions, and quarter round, etc.

Trim
We custom stain and finish stair treads, transitions, floor vents, and quarter rounds to
match your stain or paint as close as possible.

MAID SERVICE
We have an in house maid service as an option after work is completed. For home
organization or spring cleaning our maid service can be used alone without other
services.
